Rose cottage is a newly renovated and well equipped, 3 bedroom, detached cottage in Farr, 12 miles from Inverness and 26 miles from Aviemore. It has a wonderful 'home away from home' feel. With all the mod cons, including wifi. It is a great base for a highland holiday, allowing you to experience the hustle and bustle of the city or the scenery and wildlife of Aviemore/Loch Ness (both only 30 mins drive). The large garden is a great space for enjoying the summer sun after a day exploring the area.
**Please be aware the upper floor of the cottage has very low ceilings**

Lounge with wood burning stove. Fully fitted kitchen with utility room (dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer). 1 double bedroom, Family bathroom with shower over bath.
Upper floor:
1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom. Shower room with additional WC. (All rooms on the upper floor have sloped/low ceilings, approx 5'7" in max height).
External:
Large enclosed garden. Driveway for 2 cars.
