We are one of the longest established Holiday Letting Agencies within the Highland area specialising in quality self-catering holiday rental properties since 1988. We have built up considerable experience in the marketing, promotion and management of holiday properties throughout the Cairngorms National Park. We are always seeking suitable high qulaity properties in a pleasant location to extend the range of promoted holiday homes.

Open all year round, our public offices are located in the centre of Aviemore in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. As a family run local agency we pride ourselves on being able to deliver a truly first class service for all of our UK and overseas owners and clients.

Our small team of experienced holiday home advisers provide a truly comprehensive and reliable service to support our owners and clients who need that measure of additional support only available from a local agency.

Unique to any other agency we can (by arrangement) also provide a 24 hour key collection & drop off facility from our Aviemore premises providing that personal contact often missing from remote national agencies!

We are a "hands on" Agency able to provide (by arrangement) a range of tradesmen & services from a small team of proven local firms who operate all year round to enhance and support your guests experience in resort.  

A number of our property owners have been registered with our specialist agency for more than 25 years – so we hope we are providing the range of services that our holiday home owners and clients alike enjoy!

Active dedicated Marketing

Our friendly, experienced team provides a personal, professional service to all our property owners, working together to achieve mutual goals. We operate throughout the year advising our owners on any current trends or initiatives that may be of benefit to them.

We offer a choice of bronze, silver or gold level - property registration depending on an owners requirements.

Our in-house central reservation system relies entirely on the database being kept up to date at all times with daily updates so it is crucual that all owners liaise with our Aviemore Offices regularly - for any private use! 

  1. We offer a customised in-house database driven reservations system developed over many years.
  2. We advertise extensively through most modern media outlets and have a closely monitored website presence with realtime availability and a full on-line "secure payments" system.
  3. Our holiday leaflet / brochure is still extensively distributed locally as we move towards online services.
  4. The level of database driven Agency repeat business means that we can rely on a high level of repeat bookings each year from long established “loyal” guests.
  5. We operate alongside a number of UK and overseas travel agents providing extensive referral business* that does not compromise the agreed owner rental rates.
  6. As members of a number of trade and professional bodies we endeavour to provide accurate and specialist advice to our property Owners, which includes advice on Letting to maximise their return.
  7. Our centrally located Grampian Road, Offices provide free parking and we are open Monday - Saturday 9am -5pm.  

Holiday home servicing & maintenance

With the wealth of local contacts we have developed over the years, our centrally located Aviemore Agency Offices can by arrangement also provide access to a team of experienced handymen and tradesman on request. All of our registered Owners can therefore choose how closely they wish to be involved with the operation and maintenance of their property(s) - all as per our Agency Terms & Conditions. Since we act as Booking Agents at all times on a holiday rental commission basis, we do not provide a 24 hr. "management facility" but will be pleased to assist where we can. By agreement  an Owner can choose a standard Letting Agency Agreement or can add - property servicing, maintenance, key handover, with office representation as appropriate.  

Service & Laundry 

We also arrange a quote for the necessary servicing / changeover / laundry needs of our registered properties to ensure all holiday bookings dealt with by our Agency are managed appropriately. We are curently reviewing this arrangement to offer a range of holiday home registration options * Choose the level of service provision from bronze, silver or gold cover. Details on request.   

Associated  Property services

Our Agency also operate a sister company with Highland Property Services. This Estate Agency and property management facility enables our holiday home owners to benefit from any additional input required to support their holiday letting aspirations such as –

  • I’m thinking of selling but how do I deal with my pre-booked Rentals?

  • Do we wish to consider a longer Term minimum 6 month Short Assured Tenancy?
  • As members of the National Association of Estate Agents N.A.E.A. and A.R.L.A. our experienced team of professional consultants will advise and guide you through the entire process of letting or selling your property.

Join Us

Every property is visited annually by an experienced member of the Highland Holiday Homes team who can help with any advice & improvements that could potentially increase bookings for you. We operate on an annual basis with an initial registration fee which includes - where appropriate an entry in our property leaflet/ brochure together with a suitable entry on the various websites we operate which most owners choose to utilize enhancing the extensive coverage our agency can provide.

Unlike many other larger companies we choose to specialise as a hands on agency operating  within a specific geographical area enabling us to service owners’ and guests’ needs with a full in-resort support service. Owners and guests alike are welcome to call in whenever they need to talk face to face with one of our team of experienced advisers.
